The idea behind having both clinical skincare whilst offering the option of select plant-derived treatments is that it is all inclusive for any clients wishes. Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for availability. 2. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the service price. 3. No-Shows If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, a 100% fee of the service price will be charged. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, and you will still be responsible for the full service fee. 5. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. In some cases, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.
